Former Member of Congress and President of Invest in Education, Luke Messer, Opening Statement at Congressional Hearing

The U.S. House Committee on Education & the Workforce Subcommittee on Early Childhood, Elementary, and Secondary Education, chaired by Rep. Aaron Bean (R-FL), held a hearing on 4-18-23 titled “School Choice: Expanding Educational Freedom for All.”

Luke Messer provided testimony on the current state of K-12 education, the importance of school choice, and how the Educational Choice for Children Act (ECCA) will positively impact our students.
